Not really sure what I'm supposed to write at this point, other then ok I'm back and I'm trying to remain that way. I moved to NYC, thought it was an amazing place but realized in my current situation that I'm not ready for New York..... just yet.When you go there to visit friends you have all this adrenaline and energy but months later when the shine wears off and you live a mile away from a subway no car and its crappy weather with 100 errends, Doing what you love which in my case is photography takes a back..well more like you just throw it in the trunk and hope life calms down. My goal is to return in a year but I have a lot to take care of in good ol Baltimore Maryland where my family is before I can return next year...Happy to be back and have lots of spare time to work on photography. I may not have really shot much while in nyc but not a day went by where I didn't read or watch a tutorial. So I'm back and I hope to slowly start eliminating my past work with much better images! What better way to come back then shoot the person I pretty much first started with Mr. Shawn Stingel. I just posted his cover image on my FB photography page. ill be shooting alexandra metalclown along with her beautiful sister next monday! Very nice end of the year present =) Council magazine was shipped out and I received my copy in the mail, Feels nice to be published and credited =) but I owe a real thanks to Neil Tomas, Hes a inspirations and a go getter and the only reason I'm being published in this magazine. Thank you council magazine for picking my images out of all of Neil's other pics ;) Happy New Year Everybody!

House boy was a shoot I knew I wanted to be David Lachapelle inspired, His signature pinkish and blue tones saturated in images always made for a vibrant fun image......Granted it was his over the top concepts with his signature colors that made him a name in photography...But we make due with what we have when we have no name =). I just wanted to take on the challenge and have fun with it.......Denis, the model in the pic is also a aspiring photographer in D.C. So I felt like it would be fun to push him a little out of his comfort level and do something a bit different. Plus a photographer really should know what it feels like to be a model... I had a lot of fun working on these images and I feel I achieved what I was trying to accomplish as far as style goes.....Fun and colorful. I look forward to seeing denis grow as a photographer so I can hit him and Julian up for my own personal pictures later on .....One can never have to many good pictures of themselves ;) in this day and age with all the social,dating and business sites, Snap shots aren't going to cut it. ;).......Y.M.I.J. and as always feel free to follow my Facebook Page and network with the people I've worked with. This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Syed. He's been the cover image for my Facebook page since I first made it back in February. Theres something very sexy about him, Blue eyes, GREAT body, and a hint of cockiness.....So too all you photographers out there that read this......lol if any since I have no clue who pays any attention to me......Please reach out and work with him, I'd love to see him branch out. Im welcoming carlos back to my blog! last time he was on here his images were put on Ohlalamag.com. I mean those deep eyes and gorgeous lips are more then enough of a reason to photograph him again! The concept for the first 3 images is pretty simple and not the most original, But I love the shirt he's wearing and knew with Carlos broad shoulders and great chest he would fill it out nicely. I cut out the sleeves and sides and then copied the shirt by creating the red around his eyes.....not the most brilliant thing in the world but hey its cute lol , I like ;)..... Lately ive been exploring with hard lighting and soft, I did the same with a model I worked with right before I left DC, Dejay will be featured soon...... I was recently asked why my work isnt being shown on any websites like before, Well ive been black listed!! J/K! im in a experimental stage and have evolved a little bit and i feel like i have a bit more too do. before I start with all that again. Ive been studying alot of photographers who inspire me, tho he wont except my friend request I'm in LOVE with rick days work! one of these days ill get him to go to lunch with me and sign my book i bought of his work! i also bought 3 books by david lachapelle wich his work will influence my a set i did with the very handsome denis in the near future...hope you all are well! as always you can follow me on FB for more current stuff and to network and friend my models!
